The power of EFT tapping:

A chat with Self-Love Rebel Laura Parkinson

In this week’s episode I am chatting with Laura Parkinson about all things EFT Tapping. Have you heard of it? EFT Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a simple and effective technique using a combination of modern day talk therapy and ancient acupressure (tapping on meridian points). Clinical studies show EFT Tapping is a powerful treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other conditions.

I love it because it’s a form of meditation that feels accessible to me. The process of tapping directly influences the area of the brain that controls the fight, flight, freeze response and, as such, it is an exceptional tool for addressing trauma, and releasing limiting beliefs.

We chat about Laura’s journey with EFT, how it has helped her, and how she now helps other women using the same techniques. The best part? She leads us through a session right in the episode!
