So what is Mom Camp?

Hey mama, I’m Gillian. I started Mom Camp as a new way of looking at and embracing your life. No more going through the motions, no more phoning it in, we’re talking about really living your life. Here you will find the tools and resources you need to increase your energy, improve your health, and feel more in control of your days – without it feeling like another item on your to-do list.

On this site you’ll find the Mom Camp: Around the Campfire podcast, which brings you stories of incredible moms that will inspire and motivate you. You’ll find articles and stories, free tools, coaching options, programs and courses…and we also have an actual camp! You’ll also find information on the Mom Camp: IGNITE membership community, an incredible place to re-ignite your health, re-ignite your energy, re-ignite your confidence, and re-ignite your spark!

I’m so happy you’re here!

Join the IGNITE community!

How would you feel if you could reduce the overwhelm, increase the awesome, and get yourself back on your priority list?

IGNITE is a private community where you have access to incredible experts teaching about topics directly connected to your life. It’s like your own monthly subscription for personal development, inspiration, mindset check-ins and support, and “Moms’ Night In” virtual happy hours. It’s a place where we can connect, support each other, and lift each other up. Where we can celebrate wins and be honest about the challenges. No judgement, just support. This is our village.

NEW EPISODE

Writing a family business plan: A chat with parenting coach Danielle Bettmann

In this week’s episode I am chatting with parenting coach Danielle Bettmann. I LOVED this conversation. Danielle has developed the idea of a Family Business Plan, helping families establish goals for how they want to live their lives. How they want to communicate, how they want to problem-solve, what their core values are, etc. It’s just like a business plan, right down to writing a family mission statement. She gets her clients to ask “How do we want to feel in our home?” It helps to align parents and kids, get the kids on board with why and how decisions are made, and it gives the whole family clarity on what matters most. Mom Camp: The Camp is BACK! When it comes to our kids, summer camp is an opportunity to learn, have new experiences and connect with new friends. Why should they get all the fun? Fitness classes, lifestyle workshops, and sessions with the experts. Throw in some relaxation, rejuvenation, great food and wine, and you have Mom Camp: The Camp.

Mom Camp: The Camp is happening as soon as we get the go ahead – stay tuned for updates!
