In this week’s episode, I am chatting with I am chatting with Erica Bazzell, all about wellness. It’s not just about checking the boxes for nutrition and exercise, we talk about ALL the things that go into what wellness can mean to you, and how you can take very small, simple steps, toward living your best life. Erica shares her eight areas of focus, which initially might sound like a lot. But trust me, we dive into how these areas do not have to feel like more piled on your to-do list. Erica has some great tips for starting small, so that you can truly have wellness without overwhelm.

I am a wellness and life coach from Buffalo, NY.  I help women regain control of their health, energy, and their lives!  I’ve worked in the wellness industry since 2009 as a personal trainer, nutritionist, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and massage therapist.  Wellness is my passion – in all aspects of life.
