Meal planning tips and cooking hacks:

A chat with Christine Pittman from COOKtheSTORY

In this week’s episode I am chatting with Christine Pittman of COOKtheSTORY. We are chatting about meal planning and meal prep, and as the author of over 40 cookbooks, she is definitely an expert in these areas. Christine started blogging recipes and cooking tips over 10 years ago, and she has a gift for simplifying instructions and making awesome dishes totally manageable. As a less-than-confident cook, I am ALL about simple and manageable. We chat about how to make meal planning work for your family, and I get her insights into which counter-top cooking appliance is her favourite – Instapot, Air Fryer, or slow cooker. I can honestly say, she inspired me to cook more often. And that is saying a LOT, lol. Enjoy!
