Finding yourself beyond motherhood:

A chat with Bridget Belden

In this week’s episode I am chatting with coach Bridget Belden. We are talking all about life beyond momming. Whatever it is that comes after the “mom and …” We chat about how much we love motherhood, but how often we can lose ourselves in our mom identity. Bridget works with moms to help them find who they are beyond motherhood. This is an awesome conversation if you have that little voice that is telling you that you want a little more for yourself, because Bridget will help you understand that a) that is totally okay, and b) to maybe start figuring out what that “more” might be.
