Return Policy

Please email info@momcamplife.com if you would like to return a purchase from the Mom Camp Shop.  You may return un-used, non-downloadable merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded. 

All items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Should you need to return apparel, the original tags must be attached and in resell-able conditions (no stains, unwashed & unworn). Credits for returned items will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Credit will be issued within 10 days of the date that the return is accepted back into our inventory. 

Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via courier or insured mail for your protection.  All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid as shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that all items purchased from our Sale category and where it states Final Sale on the page are final sale and not eligible for refund.
