We are talking about how motherhood doesn’t have to equal fatigue and low energy, or forgetting about you as a human. It’s about finding ways to to make time for yourself, set boundaries, and prioritize your health. It’s not just about health care or medicine, it’s also about behavioural changes you can make to go with the health care changes. Ally is an expert in this area and has a lot of great info to share. Dr. Ally is a mom of two busy young boys, a Naturopathic Doctor, a Motherhood coach, and a coffee lover. Her Naturopathic practice focuses on helping moms have more energy, more joy, more calm and healthier hormones in motherhood. She co-owns Virtual Health Collective with her hubby Dr. Rory Gibbons, and together they support modern day parents show up as the parents and people they want to be. She also is the creator and chief operator of Putting Mama First – an online group program for moms to learn how to prioritize their health.
