Keeping going through grief:

A chat with Stephanie Florian

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. In today’s episode I am chatting with Stephanie Florian, who shares her story of the loss of her husband Rod last year.

Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosed in both men and women in the U.S., and the fourth in Canada. Steph talks about Rod’s diagnosis and what followed, and how she and her two boys are living day to day now. She shares what she has learned, and what she wished she knew earlier. While understandably still living with incredible grief, Steph is passionate about getting the word out about changes we can make today to reduce risk.

This conversation is powerful, brave, and so, SO important.
