Navigating big feelings at home:

A chat with Rachel Bailey

I today’s episode I am chatting with parenting specialist Rachel Bailey. Rachel has a podcast called Your Parenting Long Game, and she works with families with kids who have big feelings and big emotions. Every household and family looks different, and Rachel supports parents through various challenging situations that  can come up at home. Our chat focuses on how parents can reduce the emotional burden that comes with managing these often very stressful times. This one definitely hits home for me, and I know it will resonate for a lot of people.
