Emotional alchemy, finding yourself and the truth about balance:

A chat with Leisse Wilcox

Leisse Wilcox is a force of nature, but in the most calming, loving way possible. She is a self-described emotional alchemist, coach, and professional human.

In this episode we dive in to how the concept of emotional alchemy has helped her, as well as her clients. We chat about finding yourself again in the midst of working mom life, when your identity can get wrapped up in who you are at work and at home. Humans are ever-evolving, and Leisse helps clarify how these feelings of stress, anxiety, or even just melancholy and “meh” are just phases of life and we can move through them.

This conversation goes deep and it goes down a few rabbit holes. Leisse is so incredible that I wanted to ask her ALL the things, and I did.

Leisse’s Bio:

Leisse Wilcox is a professional human and real-life adult who helps women find clarity in what they want, confidence in who they are, and the courage to stay true to both. A passionate speaker, writer, coach, podcast host, taco enthusiast, and mom of three, her entire experience has been about coming home to her truest self, and to call herself “beloved.”

Through lots of life lessons learned, Leisse taught herself to turn the difficult and ugly into something purposeful and beautiful, using a process she calls “Emotional Alchemy.” When we find true clarity, confidence, and courage, we start a ripple effect that makes huge waves. Leisse genuinely believes that changing the world starts by making the changes we want to see within ourselves, first.

Through writing, speaking, podcasting, private, and group coaching (all rooted in NLP mindset practices) her intention is to guide people to come home to themselves, giving them permission to live, authentically.
